Tarzi® is a medium to large-sized apple discovered in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand. It is distinguished by its fine-textured flesh that delivers a sweet, juicy bite with a distinct flavour.

Tarzi® has a bright solid ‘venous blood’ red to ‘arterial blood’ red colouration present over the entire surface area of the fruit.
